Kudos to Haridwar police for nabbing an international Children trafficking gang and recovering two kidnapped child in just three days

The child trafficking organised gangs are rampant in various parts of the country with kidnapped or stolen children sold to the childless parents or gangs that use them for begging even amputating their hands and legs.

Even, the national capital territory of Delhi and the NCRs where the law enforcing agencies are quite active these gangs operate massively and traffic large number of children.

The highly experienced and an energetic team of Haridwar police has successfully nabbed an organised gang involved in stealing children recovering two of them restoring them to their families in just 72 hours. Kudos.

Those arrested include two women and six men.

According to the SSP of Haridwar Navneet Singh the Haridwar police proved to be extremely dynamic by nabbing eight members of an organised gang of child trafficking in just 72 hours and also recovering two kidnapped children (babies) to be sold further to the childless parents against a good amount having reportedly received the initial payment of Rs. Two lakhs.

The gang was internationally linked and used to sell kidnapped children against huge payments to the needy childless parents or to gangs selling girl child either for prostitution or begging etc.

Among the arrested are also two married couple from Bhopa, Mujaffarnagar, UP and Amroha.

The gang members had stolen a girl child of merely three years of age from a J.J.Cluster Bairagi camp, Haridwar with the sole aim to sell her to childless parents against a good amount the advance of which they had already taken.

While the Haridwar police team’s dedicated efforts led to the exposure of the international child trafficking gang and recovering the three year old child they were also successful in tracing another one year old boy stolen from Delhi. Both the children have been handed over to their traumatised mothers who were running from pillar to post to get their children back having lost every hope. Salutes to Haridwar police.
