Notice issued to the wife of the brother of BJP MLA for taking loan of several crores but not returning back! Was earlier arrested from Kerala airport !
There are media reports that wife of the brother of the earlier Congress lawmaker, now BJP MLA from Tehri, Garhwal namely Nazia Yusuf had been sent a notice for defaulting with a loan of Rs 11 crores taken from Punjab national Bank.
She has been accused of embezzling with the Bank loans worth crores of rupees in Delhi, NCR and Uttarakhand reveal news reports.
BJP Tehri MLA’s brother’s wife was earlier caught in Kerala airport clandestinely trying to slip out of the country last year.
She was absconding and wanted by the police authorities who’d issued a show cause notice against her, finally caught in a Kerala airport.
Kindly recall that there are several cases of property frauds and misappropriation n misuse of loan money n money taken from people including opening of several shelf companies lodged against Nazia Yusuf, Sachin Upadhyay’s wife. There had been several complaints earlier by investors for allegedly duping their money by both Nazia and her husband taken from them for constructing flats but not going the needful.
They reportedly own several lavish properties at Dehradun, Delhi n NCR reveal news reports.
