First American Mother daughter duo among 200 hostages in Hamas captivity released, Joe Biden speaks to the family !
While the ongoing full fledged war between Israel and Hamas, including Hezbollah has resulted in the brutal killings of 4,137 Palestinians and around 1.5 thousand Israel nationals that include children too in large numbers, with over 13000 wounded in massive Israel attacks after the Hamas initiated the war by attacking Israel first with over 5000 rockets killing hundreds of them, the United States government has secured two hostages from the captivity of Hamas , a mother and daughter duo on the initiative of Israel defence Forces with US President Joe Biden who’d been to Tel Aviv to extend his solidarity the other day saying : Today we have secured the release of two American citizens taken as hostages by Hamas during the horrific terrorist attacks on Israel on October 7. Our fellow citizens have endured a terrible ordeal during the last fourteen days and I am overjoyed that they will soon be rejoined by their family.
The president spoke to the families of two Americans released on Saturday after being held hostage by the Hamas.
Revealing this information on the X, earlier Twitter, the President said : I let them know that the government will fully support them as they recover and heal. Jill and I will continue holding close in our hearts all the families of unaccounted for Americans said US President. Kindly recall that US President flew to Israel’s capital Tel Aviv alongwith military support and extended his fullest cooperation and support to Israel prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The US President stayed in Israel for just four hours having also met some of the bereaved families of those killed by Hamas and families of the hostages including its President. He was to speak with the Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas as well but the latter refused while living in Jordon.
The two American hostages released by Hamas on Friday, the mother daughter duo are Judith Raanan and her seventeen year old daughter Natalie Shoshana Raanan who were taken in possession by the Israel envoy at the border taking them to the Israel Central military base.
The Raanan duo are among the very first hostages to be released after two hundred Israel hostages are reportedly in Gaza forcibly captured by Hamas, who’d been bargaining with Israel for every release after the latter stops bombarding Palestine lest each hostage will be beheaded. But the Israel continued its attacks, invasion and bombardments, bombing thousands of locations leading to brutal killings of about 4,137 Palestinians and more than 13000 injured. The Israel Air force had made more than 6000 bombardments on Gaza three days ago reveals latest reports with bombardments still continuing including a rocket attack on a hospital allegedly killing 500 people including children in large numbers and also an ancient church claiming about twenty lives or even more. The majority of the population try to seek shelters in churches, hospitals and schools under the guise of protection as as per the war norms these structures are usually not invaded but in the present case the situation is topsy turkey with even hospitals, churches and schools not spared.
However, the fact remains that the initiation of attack by 5000 rockets on Israel’s civil population was executed by the Hamas, killing hundreds of civilians that included children, women and men including colossal loss to properties and residential buildings and taking 200 as hostages from Israel territory.
Meanwhile, in his statement expressing immense satisfaction and exuberance over the release of two American hostages in Hamas’s captivity, US NSA Antony Blinkon said two American citizens who Hamas has held hostage since carrying out its appalling terrorists attack against Israel on October 7, were released. They are now safely in the hands of Israeli authorities in Israel and a team from US Embassy will meet with them shortly further adding that we have been working relentlessly with partners to secure their release . While Antony said that the details of those efforts can’t be shared, the urgent work to free the American citizens and hostages continue as, does our work to secure safe passage out of Gaza for Americans trapped there said US, NSA Blinkon.
Meanwhile, according to the latest news the Israel prime minister is regularly meeting the Army forces at the ground level on borders and boosting their morale . However, there are reports of massive Israel attacks on Hezbollah at Lebanon border as well as on Gaza with lot of casualties being witnessed.
