The 18th Delhi State Conference of the All India Youth Federation (AIYF) was held today at AITUC Bhavan, New Delhi.
The CPI Delhi State Secretary Prof. Dinesh Varshney inaugurated the conference and emphasised the importance of youth organization in addressing the rising unemployment rate and socio-economic inequality in the country.
The gathering was addressed by former AIYF president Aftab Alam, current national President Sukjinder Maheshwari, and AISF General Secretary Dinesh, who all delivered speeches addressing key issues facing the youth today.
The newly elected members of the AIYF Delhi state secretariat are State Secretary Shijo Varghese, President Aakash , Assistant Secretaries Amutha Jaydeep and Riyaz, and Vice Presidents Georgekutty M V and Suliha Rasool.
