FIR Lodged against BJP MLA Umesh Sharma Kau and BJP activists for attacking the director of Primary education Uttarakhand
The Raipur, Dehradun police has on the complaint of the Uttarakhand Primary Education director Ajay Naudiyal who was attacked and injured today by the BJP activists led by the Dehradun Lawmaker Umesh Sharma Kau at his office today has lodged an FIR against him and his henchmen and are looking for them to be arrested.
The injured Director of Uttarakhand primary education who was treated at the hospital and stiched in the head wounds have complained against the BJP Lawmaker and activists for ransacking his office, attacking and injuring him and threatening with dire consequences including abusing him.
He accused the BJP MLA and his activists forcibly entering his office on 21 February at Nanurkheda without any information and shouting, creating hurdles in his functioning and attacking him.
He accused the BJP MLA of abusing him alongwith his supporters when all the employees wre busy in their daily routine functioning.
He asked all the employees to go out of the office in a loud voice and then abused the director when including threatening him with dure consequences.
His supporters in his incitement lifted the chairs and threw on him injuring him on the side of the eyes and forehead etc. He also accused them for testing the files and taking important documents with them.
This untoward incidents happened between 12.10 to 12.45. Meanwhile, seeing the situation going out of hand and the director being injured in the attack the staff called the police dialling 112.
The complaint ask mentioned that not only the Director Ajay Naudiyal attacked and injured grievously on the face the women employees were also insulted.
The director also accused the MLA and the BJP activists injuring the women employees. He said that the telephone was damaged, chairs lifted and thrown on him, files torned and documents taken away.
According to the Incharge Raipur police station Girish Negi, an FIR has been registered against the MLA Umesh Sharma Kau and BJP activists and the interrogation has started immediately. What further action will be taken in this regard is anyone’s guess.
