Rahul Gandhi could not be suppressed, hence his image is being denigrated : Khera, Congress spokesman
When Congress president Sonia Gandhi is in Ganga Ram Hospital after being infected with Covid 19, the Congress spokesman Pawan Khera was busy defending Congress president Rahul Gandhi who has been asked by the Enforcement Directorate to present himself at the ED office in a case pertaining to money laundering in the ongoing National Herald matter .
Kindly recall that Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi had already been to the ED and faced questioning.
Now is the turn of former Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Monday.
Ailing Congress president Sonia Gandhi has now been asked to present herself on 23 rd June due to her ill health as she could not make it on 8 th June due her being Covid positive.
Addressing a press conference, Congress leader and spokesman Pawan Khera, who was in the staff of Shiela Dikshit for 15 long years, a close friend of the late leader’s son, now spokesman, was quite vociferous in his attacks against the present head of the NDA government saying that it is nothing but a vindictive attitude of the present ruling dispensation as Rahul Gandhi is honest, nothing to hide who talks with the prime minister eye to eye on various issues and not afraid of the consequences.
In a video released on his twitter handle the vociferous Congress spokesman Pawan Khera who has been left out of Rajya Sabha ticket recently, having tweeted that perhaps he lacked somewhere therefore left out – tweeted in Hindi : Because Rahul Gandhi asks questions from him ( PM) , because Rahul Gandhi has nothing to hide, because Rahul Gandhi never does the politics of compromise, they are unable to stifle the voice of Rahul Gandhi. He further added that : since Rahul Gandhi could not be pressurised, his image is being denigrated tweeted Pawan Khera.
He also assured that respecting the law of the land Rahul Gandhi will respond to all the questions of ED as he has nothing to hide and Congress will never submit to the pressures of the government come what may but relentlessly fight for the cause of countrymen.
