The encounter of Asad a criminal who had killed a seventeen year old boy Surya Chauhan in Khoda Colony Ghaziabad raising quite an outrage among the people of the locality and elsewhere has raised several questions by the media.
The house of the culprit Asad who was on the run alongwith his six associates killed in the police retaliation ( firing) after the murderer ( Asad) fired on the police team has also been demolished.
The police is hectically n desperately busy in arresting the culprits who were with Asad at the time of the gruesome murder of adolescent Surya Chauhan.
While a section, rather majority of the people in the locality housed by minorities are lauding the police action , some trying to skip the reporters not taking to them, some against the law being taking into hands by the police by killing Asad.
Even media persons are asking as to who had given the police the authority to kill the criminals when courts are there and law demands justice through courts not through encounter.
The entire episode that resulted in the brutal killing of Surya Chouhan by Asad and six other criminals belonging to a minority community is even being lauded by the minority community ,many of who say that wrong is wrong and the brutal murder of a young boy can’t be settled by the being numb or slow legal process, it requires quick tit for tat action, as taken by the dextrous UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath and his police.
One of the residents of Khoda Colony asked why should the entire community face the brunt of the majority community for the wrong action of Asad who and his associates have committed a grave act of murdering a young boy Surya Chouhan. Wrong is wrong and has to be dealt with severely.
It may be recalled that the traumatised mother and the entire family of Surya Chouhan has not asked for any financial compensation or job in the government but the same action against the culprit as their son was brutally killed.
The police has arrested few other accomplices of late Asad and some are likely to be arrested.
The big house of Asad in Khoda Colony has been demolished and there are reports that the house of other culprits will also demolished.
The matter has gained tremendous momentum and the police is busy bringing to book all the associates of Asad involved in the murder of Surya Chouhan.
