Several families relieved after notorious criminal Akram killed in an encounter in Dehradun

Several victimised families who were badly terrorised and had suffered immensely due to the terror of a hardened criminal Akram fir more than a decade in several localities of Dehradun have heaved a great sign of relief and are thanking the Prem Nagar Police Station chief and Dehradun police for killing him in an encounter yesterday night.
According the news pouring in, notorious criminal Akram was killed in a shootout between police and criminals in Dehradun last night. He was the same criminal who had devastated the lives of many families. In this encounter the Prem Nagar SHO has also been injured grievously in exchange of fire.
A mother’s pain, now found solace
The mother’s eyes still hold tears, but this time they are also filled with solace. It was Akram who murdered her son. After the police action, she said, “Today my son’s soul has found peace.”
Akram not only looted a house during a robbery in 2014, but also brutally murdered the family’s young son, Ankit Thapliyal. Since that day, the family has been waiting for justice.
Akram was killed by a bullet fired by Police Inspector Naresh Rathod in an encounter last night. Following this action, the families of the victims have thanked the police.
This action by the Dehradun police has proven that no matter how serious the crime, the law has a lasting impact.
