There is yet another shocking news from Naxalite dominated area of Chhattisgarh where more than eight security forces bravehearts have been brutally killed after the vehicle / truck they were travelling in was exploded by the clandestinely fitted IEDs / explosives. The explosives were fitted in an tunnel that were triggered killing nine Jawans of District Reserve Guards including a dry er of the Army vehicle. This happens in the Naxalite infested district of Bijapur in Chhattisgarh. After this shocking incident the security forces and the state police have surrounded and cordoned the entire area not allowing anyone to pass. The chief minister of Chhattisgarh Vishnu Deo Sai while expressing his grief over these deaths and assuring of bringing the Naxalites responsible to due justice write on his social media handle X : The news of the martyrdom of a driver along with 8 soldiers in an IED blast carried out by Naxalites in Kutru of Bijapur district is extremely sad. My condolences are with the families of the martyrs. I pray to God for peace to the souls of the martyred soldiers and to provide strength to the bereaved families. The Naxalites are frustrated with the ongoing Naxal eradication campaign in Bastar and are perpetrating such cowardly acts out of frustration. The martyrdom of the soldiers will not go in vain, our fight to end Naxalism will continue strongly. We will end Naxalism from the land of India by March 2026 vowed the Chhattisgarh CM. The union home minister Amit Shah too while expressing his vow to end naxalism by 2026 write on X : I am deeply saddened by the news of the loss of DRG soldiers in an IED blast in Bijapur (Chhattisgarh). I express my deepest condolences to the families of the brave soldiers. It is impossible to express this grief in words, but I assure you that the sacrifice of our soldiers will not go in vain. We will end Naxalism from the land of India by March 2026. The Inspector General of Police of Chhattisgarh P. Sunder Raj on this dreaded IED blast said that the anti Naxal operation to wipe them out was under active process in Dantewada, Narayan put district and Bijapur. We had received five dead bodies of the Naxalites during this swift operation. One Braveheart if security force was also martyred in this operation. When the team was returning back the Naxalites conducted the IED blast at Ambeli of Bijapur district. In this attack a driver and eight Jawans of DRG were martyred in this dreaded blast. After this shocking incident the additional forces have been rushed to this area. It may be recalled that similarly on 26 April, 2023 a multi utility vehicle in the cavalcade of the trucks carrying security forces in Dantewada district was attacked by Naxalites blowing the utility vehicle brutally killing ten Jawans and a driver.
