Brave son of Chamoli martyred in Uri sector, Naik Subedar Vishwanath Pratap Singh Garia makes supreme sacrifice

Chamoli: Naik Subedar Vishwanath Pratap Singh Garia, resident of village Harmal in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, was martyred while defending the country in the Uri sector of Jammu and Kashmir. He was posted in the 11 Garhwal Rifles of the Indian Army.

There is a wave of mourning in the entire region due to the news of his martyrdom. Chamoli Police paid tribute to the brave soldier and saluted his indomitable courage and dedication to the nation. Police expressed condolences to the bereaved family. The supreme sacrifice of the brave soldier will always remain a source of inspiration for the countrymen.
