Special cell of Delhi police finally arrests a psychologically ill culprit entering houses and attacking by ( Chapad) sickle
A vegabound man aged around fifty five years who had terrified people in Pitampura, Keshav Puram and several other localities of Delhi by his criminal act of attacking people, especially women by a big sikle ( Chaapad) and running away with cash, jewellery and other expensive articles have been nabbed the the Special Cell of Delhi police in Northwest Delhi.
The 55 year old psychologically ill criminal used to visit houses randomly and knock the door revealing that he is the worker from a RO company and as soon as the door is opened he used to attack the person/ woman and run away with cash, jewellery etc.
There have allegedly been few such incidents in Pitampura and Keshav Puram etc. His identity was revealed through the CCTV footage.
In one of such incidents this psychologically ill criminal looked healthy and in cap visited one such house in Pitampura and rang the bell of the house.
The woman came to the door but said that she hadn’t complained about any RO. The man insisted to come in but she didn’t opened the door so the man went upstairs in some other house with noise coming and the culprit running downstairs with a chopper in his hand.
After the criminal went back the woman complained the matter to her husband and the CCTV camera checked which clearly showed the man holding a sickle in his hand in a bag and later on in hand openly while coming down from the upper story.
According to the Northwest DCP North West, IPS Akanksha Yadav the special cell took cognizance of the video being circulated in social media and after immense efforts were able to nab this culprit who was the real threat to women living in houses especially during day time when their children had gone to schools and husbands to work.
His name is Ajay Bagga saud the senior police officer.
The CCTV video has gone extremely viral in social media yesterday with panic all around.
The people of the national capital especially in Pitampura, Keshavpuram etc the people have heaved a great sigh of relief after this dreaded culprit cane into the net of the special cell staff.
