A Delhi number car Baleno plunged into a 150 metres deep gorge at Jawadi, Rudraprayag grievously injuring its occupants

A very serious heart were chjndeadly accident has occured at Jawadi, Rudraprayag where a Delhi registered Baleno car losing control plunged into a 150 metres deep gorge resulting in the car completely destroyed as if hammered by a heavy machine giving an impression that thisd inside it couldn’t be alive. But it is not so. The occupants of the car are alive, though injured, rescued and admitted to the hospital undergoing treatment. The area where this deadly accident occured is called Kala Pagad area, Jwadi, Rudraprayag. As soon as the local police was informed they along with the state disaster management team rushed to the accident spot with ambulance and paramedics dnd rescued the injured passengers. This accident occured during the hectic Chardham Yatra and during the 2025 this area has maximum landslides resulting in massive traffic jams and unchbvenience to the pilgrims and tourists including the locals.
