Late Ankita Bhandari’s traumatised mother to sit on protest Dharna against the present DGP for harrasment of those helping her cause to seek justice for her deceased daughter

The traumatized mother of late Ankita Bhandari who was brutally killed by throwing her in Chila canal Rishikesh by one Pulkit Arya and his cohorts who didn’t submitted to the call of its owner to surrender to a mysterious VVIP for illegal and immoral physical acts has threatened to sit on indefinite dharna outside the office of the Director General of Police Uttarakhand , IPS Abhinav Kumar. In a video shared by Ashutosh Negi , journalist and activist of Pauri Garhwal who had already filed a SLP in Supreme Court in this regard demanding CBI probe in late Ankita Bhandari’s brutal murder etc on social media platform X under the title JAGO UTTARAKHAND breaking news , written that the mother of late Ankita Bhandari will sit on Dharna against the Uttarakhand DGP Abhinav Kumar for UTPEEDAN , tyranny ( harrasment, opression and victimization) of the mother’s, children and sisters of those who are helping the traumatised parents of the deceased Ankita seeking justice. The traumatised mother of Ankita Bhandari has allegedly slapped verbal charges against the DGP in this regard and has also mention about the arbitrary transfer of the wife of journalist and activist Ashutosh Negi to distant Pithoragarh, while the two daughters are studying in Dehradun n another such case. The journalist has also filed a petition in Uttarakhand Highcourt and had acknowledged a temporary relief. The traumatised mother has appealed to one and all to help support her in her struggle and present themselves in large numbers in her protest Dharna for a noble cause. It may be recalled that merely 19 year old innocent Ankita Bhandari who was working as a receptionist at Vanantara resort in Yamkeshwar block , Rishikesh on a meagre salary as her family was extremely poor was asked by her owner to allegedly physically oblige a VIP was allegedly murdered by its owner Pulkit Arya and his cohorts by first thrashing her and then brutally killing by throwing her body in the Chila canal, Rishikesh. He dead body with several wounds was found days after from the canal with front tooth damaged n some blood on the body. She was murdered on 18 th September 2022.

Journalist cum social activist Ashutosh Negi was the first and foremost journalist to raise this issue through his news channel ” JAGO UTTARAKHAND “, and breaking the entire story. He also accompanied the deceased’s parents to the revenue police, the patwari being hand in glove with the culprits.The FIR was lodged after immense difficulties as the local administration too was trying to allegedly delay the matter fearing people’s resentment. The movement gained tremendous momentum after a local MLA of Yamkeshwar constituency brought a bulldozer to Vanantara resort and tried to demolish the building illegally this damaging all the necessary evidences. There were protests all around in Uttarakhand and even in Delhi with outrageous people demanding CBI probe into this matter.The state government constituted an an SIT and the probe started but unfortunately till date there is no clue about the VVIP, the main culprit who led to the alleged brutal murder of Ankita Bhandari.

This is worth mentioning here that the main culprit in the alleged murder of innocent Ankita Bhandari Pulkit Arya is the son of formerly a BJP leader holding the post of state minister rank and his brother too, who were expelled from the saffron party later on, in view of the increasing people’s pressure and incessant demonstrations demanding justice for Ankita Bhandari.
