Infuriated and outraged UKD delegation meet SDM and demand demolition of the resort of culprit Pulkit Arya and withdrawal of state minister rank from his uncle !

A delegation of Uttarakhand Kranti Dal to met the SDM in connection with the brutal murder of Ankita Bhandari of Shrikot village by the owner of a resort in Rishikesh after outraging her modesty with two other accomplices who’d been caught by the Uttarakhand police. Extremely angered – protesters of Uttarakhand Kranti Dal while presenting the memorandum to the SDM demanded immediate demolition of the resort owned by the culprit Pulkit Chaturvedi, son of the former state minister in Uttarakhand BJP government as the land has been purchased by the farmers which is arbitrary. They accused the patwari Vivek Harshwal of siding with the culprits known to them personally having arbitrarily and intentionally delayed the case of Ankita’s kidnapping resulting in her brutal murder. The UKD activists said that the posting of the patwari Vibek Harshwal had also been dubious and controversial. He should be immediately suspended from service and put behind bar to collaborate with the culprits. The UKD emphatically said that the educational degree of the main culprit Pulkit Arya is Fake and a case was registered against him earlier. He should also be tried on these charges apart from murder and molestation. Pulkit Chaturvedi had been in controversy for the last several moths and was prohibited to go to Helang as, well. There had been several cases against him for carrying out arbitrary activities in the resort in the past. The UKD accused the police administration and the revenue police as well for being negligent, complacent and care less and said that had they been really vigilant the murder of the innocent girl Ankita Bhandari could have been avoided for sure. The UKD also accused the father and his uncle for being the former minister and now the chairman of state’s OBC ,a state minister rank and can therefore allegedly influence the investigations in this serious matter. They urged the state government to take back the state ministerial rank from the uncle of the main culprit Pulkit Arya. The UKD delegation led by Shiv Prakash Semwal has urged the SDM to immediately fulfill their demands failing which they will be compelled to resort tk direct action.
