Harish Rawat is my elder brother, won’t mind even if he calls me a worst man

Sounds interesting that politicians have no basic morality. Till yesterday former chief minister of Uttarakhand n national general secretary of Congress Harish Rawat’s arch rival, cabinet minister in UK BJP government Dr. Harak Singh Rawat was trading charges and allegations on his elder brother and old colleague Harish Rawat terming him as a most untrustworthy politician stooping at the lowest ebb betraying him always trying to put him in jail when he was in Congress, but just two days after when Rawat was relieved of Punjab Congress’s responsibility, Dr. Harak Singh Rawat like chameleon changed colours and changed his statement giving a gesture of reapproachment saying that Harish Rawat is my elder brother and he has all rights to criticize me even say Chor. He was speaking very high of him while responding to the questions of journalists shocking all. The political analysts say that may be Dr. Harak Singh Rawat is trying to appease Harish Rawat in case he joins Congress party as speculations are taking the rounds in political circles in Uttarakhand.

It may be recalled that veteran Congress leader Harish Rawat had in his statement criticized Dr. Harak Singh Rawat n Satpal Maharaj etc holding them responsible for destabilizing his govt in 2016-17, and backstabbing him and the Congress joining BJP and now searching for their Congress DNA to join their parent party.

He even went to the extent of criticizing them by accusing them as the culprits of Uttarakhand and democracy who can’t be pardoned and admitted in Congress party but later on retracted saying that if they apologise in the public he will pardon them.

Political observers say that Dr. Harak Singh Rawat’s recent statement changing his tone like a chameleon and saying that Harish Rawat is his elder brother and is entitled to accuse him with any charge even calling him Chor, he won’t mind is to open his doorways to join Congress party probably ?

However, it depends whether Harish Rawat responds to Dr. Harak Singh Rawat’s change of heart or not.

Speaking to media today former CM UK, national general secretary, member CWC and chairman Congress election campaign Committee Harish Rawat has not spoken a single word on Dr. Rawat’s friendly statement but thanked his leaders including Rahul Gandhi to relieve him of Punjab Congress’s responsibility. Now Harish Choudhary has taken the charge of the Punjab observer considered close to Rahul Gandhi. Harish Rawat said now, he will be able to devote my entire time and energy in Uttarakhand in my capacity as the chairman of the state election campaign committee.

In a letter send to Harish Rawat relieving him of the post of AICC general secretary ( In charge) Punjab after his request n also due to his poor performance in Punjab as sources reveal the AICC general secretary has written that hon’ble Congress president has appointed Shri Harish Choudhary as AICC In- Charge of Punjab and Chandigarh with immediate effect. Shri Harish Rawat is being relieved from his, current responsibility as AICC General Secretary In charge of Punjab and Chandigarh. However, he shall continue as member CWC. The party appreciates his contribution as General secretary says the letter of General secretary of AICC K. C. Venugopal.
