BJP’s cabinet minister Satpal Maharaj visits Congress office to realise later on that he has entered the rival party’s office
The Uttarakhand’s PWD and Tourism minister holding the cabinet rank who had defected to BJP from Congress nearly seven years ago seems to still have love for his original party. These days he is in Kedarnath assembly constituency, in Garhwal Uttarakhand to campaign for the BJP candidate ASHA NAUTIYAL but the political activists of Congress and BJP were surprised when they got the news that the Uttarakhand’s cabinet minister instead of going to the BJP office went to Congress office to realise soon that he has come to his rival party’s office probably forgetting that he is no more in Congress. Is this hallucination or Maharaj has plans to join Congress asked some rival party leaders, ridiculously.
According to the latest report Satpal Maharaj and his assistant including security personnel went to Congress office despite seeing the party’s name and flag not realising that they are going to their rival party’s office. This happened in Kedarnath assembly precincts when Maharaj reached there to go to the saffron party office. What is more interesting is the fact that the Congress workers present in the office came to the entrance and garlanded the BJP leader and cabinet minister in jubilation. Soon Maharaj realised that he had gone on a wrong office. Wearing the garlands Maharaj however immediately took an about turn and sat in his car hurriedly thinking that perhaps no body has realised. Meanwhile some stranger there recorded the video and posted it in social media making it viral.
