An earthquake seems to have come in Uttarakhand Congress’s political corridors today after Congress election campaign committee chairman of Uttarakhand n former CM Harish Rawat has without naming anyone accused his rivals within the party for not cooperating him in his endeavour to make Congress victorious tieing my hands ( by those) from whom I have to seek orders to swim, to weaken him whereas the ruling party has already let loose several crocodiles against him. His, series of these tweets have created quite a furore in Congress circles as he has expressed his desire to quit politics if the state of affairs continue to weaken him n the Congress in the state pointing though indirectly towards his detractors within the party.

It may be recalled that the veteran Congress leader Harish Rawat has not been in good terms with his ardent rivals within the Congress in Uttarakhand viz leader of the opposition in the assembly Pritam Singh, Kishore Upadhyay, former Uttarakhand Congress chief and even the central observer Devendra Yadav who has always gone against the wishes of Harish Rawat to declare the prospective chief minister of Congress before the elections. He also said that the Uttarakhand election will be fought under cumulative leadership of all, instead of declaring the prospective CM candidate, thus crushing Harish Rawat’s desire to be declared as the CM face despite Rawat generating tremendous crowds in all the party rallies n public meetings including padyatras with his followers branding him as a Jan Nayak of Uttarakhand.

Extremely active in social media former Uttarakhand CM Harish Rawat has in a series of tweets wrote : Is it not surprising that we have to swim across the election sea ( Chunavo Rupi Samudra). The organisational infrastructure made at several places instead of extending the hands of cooperation is standing against me, turning off their faces amounting to their negative roles? in that very ocean where we have to swim tweeted Rawat.

Continuing the tweet he further wrote : In the state government several crocodiles are already at work. As far as I am concerned, my hands are tied by them on whose orders I have to swim. I am thinking again and again and talking to myself -Harish Rawat – now I swam a lot. The time has come to take a decision to quit finally taking rest. His tweet continues I am in real fix ( dillema) , as a voice from a corner of my heart comes : NA DAINYAM NA PALAYANAM”, May be the new year will show a path. I am highly optimistic that Lord Kedarnath will guide me out of this impasses tweeted Congress leader Harish Rawat.

Responding to Harish Rawat’s, tweet there are interesting answers by his supporters and opposers as one Joshi tweeted in a humorous tone : When I saw you lifting a chair for Pappu my heart literally wept. It’s better late than never. Listen to your soul and move on tweeted Joshi.

Another BJP supporter Kiran Jain tweeted: If you really want self respect than join the BJP family or quit active politics to take rest.

One Dr. Prem Shankar Singh tweeted : If you have so much of pain in your heart really, leave the party as you are sailing in the drowning ship.

Lalit Kumar wrote : Rawatji I have been saying since beginning that there is no respect for committed party workers in Congress.
