Ashish gets bail and Ashutosh Negi will be bailed out in 2-3 days say their counsels

The bail of Ashish Negi , President of the Youth Wing of Uttarakhand Kranti Dal who is in Rishikesh prisons on fourteen days judicial remand has been accepted by the sessions court today whereas as advocate, journalist and central spokesman of Uttarakhand Kranti Dal Ashutosh NEGI’s bail by the lower court in another previous case has been rejected , hence his appeal for bail will be filed by the team of lawyers after two days in the sessions court.
After being granted bail Ashish Negi while being taken to jail in the police van raised slogans against Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and Pahadi Ekta Zindabad.
Ashutosh NEGI who was already in the jail van while speaking to reporters said that the Uttarakhand High Court has accepted their public interest litigation which will in the near future expose the ruling party and its leaders on a massive scam.
Speaking to the media, the team of lawyers who succeeded in seeking bail for Ashish Negi today said that they will file appeal for bail of advocate and journalist turned UKD leader Ashutosh NEGI within two three days and he will surely get the bail.
They said that Ashutosh NEGI and Aashish are the leaders of a regional political party and has every right to raise their voice for redressal of people’s grievances. In this case they had gone to a hotel owner who had blocked the salaries of the employees. The case was blown out of proportion and wrong and fabricated charges slapped on these political and social leaders clearly giving the impression that they are being victimised with political vendetta by the ruling political dispensation branding them as history sheeters with serious fabricated charges of extortion etc. They are all law abiding citizens constitutionally allowed to get that and seek redressal of people’s rights and grievances and if such fabricated cases will be lodged against socio political leaders then how and who will come forward to struggle for the people’s cause and for redressal of people’s grievances said the advocate fighting their cases.
