Champat Rai, Anil Mishra and Gopal Rao the main targets of SIT investigating the probe if embezzlement of the donation of crores of rupees n ornaments of Ram Temple donation
The Special Investigation Task force investigating the most sensitive corrupt practices in the donation money of the Ayodhya Temple including the jewels and ornaments donated to Lord Rama amounting to several crores of rupees has after six days of indepth probe targetted some of the important members and office bearers of the Trust looking after the management of the Ram Temple.
The important names having been allegedly targetted by the SIT are Champat Rai, General secretary of the Trust and Vice president Vushwa Hindu Parishad, the main accused in the embezzlement of Ram Temple funds, Gopal Rao, administrator of the Trust looking after management of Ram Temple and targetted for corruption in the donation and appointment of persons looking after the counting of money etc, Anil Mishra, the member of the Trust and committing forgery in embezzling the funds and the ornaments etc.
These office bearers have been recommended to immediately terminate them from their respective posts and also penalise them for their corrupt deeds for embezzeling the donations of Ram Temple as well as the ornaments worth crores of rupees.
There had been several videos going viral in social media and the matter blown out of proportion with the Uttarakhand Pradesh as well as the central government of the BJP being targetted by the oposition parties , especially the Congress and Samajwadi party.
It may be recalled that the issue of massive embezzlement and theft of crores of rupees as well as the ornaments donated by the devotees in Ram temple was first raised by the Samajwadi Party MP, leader and former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav , followed by the Congress leaders and then the entire opposition including the priests of Ayodhya openly targetting Champat Rai and the BJP.
Meanwhile the former union minister and arch rival of BJP Dr. Subramanian Swamy has in a tweet written on his handle X accusing the PM. He wrote : Prime Minister Modi is responsible for disgraceful robbery in Ram Mandir by persons appointed by Modi, to service the need of keeping clean the Temple and ensure Bhagvan Ram’s holy Murti in the Temple is safe. Instead the persons appointed by Modi in truth have let all Bhaktas down by the free loot. They should be prosecuted immediately.
