Police team’s swift rescue operation – injured safely taken to hospital.

Today on 26 th April, Sunday an Ignis car (UK12G-5971) coming from Devprayag towards Pauri, carrying 06 people, lost control and fell into a deep gorge about 01 km ahead of Devprayag Kundadhar.

Upon receiving information about the incident, Devprayag Police Station Head Amarjeet Rawat immediately arrived at the scene with a police team and, without delay, began relief and rescue operations with the help of local residents. Despite the difficult geographical conditions, the police team displayed promptness, presence of mind, and courage, safely pulling all the injured out of the ditch. The police team transported all the injured to Bagi Hospital for first aid, where they are currently undergoing treatment.

1. Jagdish Singh Rawat, son of Kundan Singh
2. Sakshi, wife of Hemant Singh
3. Manorama Devi, wife of Laxman Singh
4. Hemant Rawat, son of Laxman Singh
5. Devesh, son of Devendra Singh Bhandari
