Tehri dynasty bungalow on sale for Rs thousand crores though no confirmation from the family

There is a hot news about the mega sale of the old bungalow of Tehri Garhwal Rajshahi built on 3.2 acres of land at a prime location Bhagwan Dass Road currently owned by the son of former MP Maharaja Manvendra Shah and husband of the Tehri Garhwal erstwhile dynasty and area MP for the third consecutive term Maharani Rajya Lakshmi. According to a news report this lavish though old bungalow built in 3.2 acres of land near Mandi House / Bhagwandas Road has been valued to the customer of Rs. 1000 crores , though no official confirmation or statement has come from the erstwhile Tehri King family and the present MP from Tehri Garhwal or her husband. Sources said that one big industrialist involved in food and beverage business is very much interested to buy this land situated at the prime location in Lutyens Zone. It is being said that a big and prestigious law firm has issued a notice inviting objections or claims from other purchasers if any. The family of Tehri Rajshahi and the MP Rajya Lakshmi and her husband Manujendra Shah are already living in this bungalow and a process to buy two other big bungalows in this area is also under active consideration though till now there have been no statement or confirmation from the family in this regard.
