Truth ultimately prevailed in National Helad case says Pratap

Uttarakhand Congress Committee Vice President Dhirendra Pratap Singh said in the National Herald case that the court’s decision has proven that the Modi government’s malicious and illegal actions were completely illegal.
Dhirendra Pratap said that the court has found the ED action against the Congress leadership – Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and Mr. Rahul Gandhi in the Young Indian case to be illegal and malicious, thereby completely exposing the government.
He said that the manner in which the court has ruled that the ED case is outside its jurisdiction and the fact that it does not have any FIR in this matter proves that this case is baseless and does not constitute any case.
Dhirendra Pratap alleged and claimed that the actions being taken by the Modi government against the main opposition party for the last decade out of political vendetta and vengeance have now been exposed before the entire country.
Dhirendra Pratap said there are no money laundering cases, no proceeds of crime, and no transfer of assets against Congress leaders.
All these baseless allegations, motivated by low-level politics, malice and an attack on honour, were today demolished before the court.
He said that the Congress Party and its leadership have been committed to fighting for the truth and for the rights of every Indian.
That is why no one can scare the Congress Party and its leaders because the Congress Party always fights for truth, democracy, justice and rights of the people said Pratap in a statement.
