A major milestone in India–Japan talent collaboration continues under the leadership of Ramesh Sharma ( Sundriyal), founder of “Sakura Corporate Solutions”, along with his nephew Shubham Sundriyal.

During the past two years the firm has exclusively recruited from India’s premier engineering institutes, the IIT (Indian Institutes of Technology), preparing selected graduates for rewarding careers in Japan.

This could become possible through the efforts of Japanese language institute at Dehradun, Uttrakhand namely, “Yunige SKP School of Global Languages”, and the best efforts of Sundriyal who has built a structured, reliable pathway that equips IIT graduates with the language skills and cultural readiness which the Japanese employers require.

During this period the organisation has signed MOU with several leading IITs, including IIT Roorkee, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, and IIT Hyderabad.

The recruitment process begins with job notifications issued only to IITs, careful shortlisting of top resumes, and close monitoring of each student’s language progress.

According to Mr. Ramesh Sundriyal the training takes place at “Yunige SKP” in Bengali Kothi, Dehradun, where Uttarakhand-based trainers Sachin Negi, Rohit Payal, Gaurav Sundriyal, and Atul Rawat provide intensive instruction focused on JLPT preparation for workplace communication in Japanese language proficiency.

Kindly recall that the Yunige SKP School of Global Languages is founded by Mr. Suresh Pandey Chairman, SKP Group & Ramesh Sundriyal along with Sachin Negi.

Last November Sakura Corporate Solutions successfully sent its first batch of 35 IIT graduates to Japan.

This year another 35 candidates received offer letters, and 4 of them are flying today on 3 December 2025, to join their companies in Japan.

At the airport Ramesh Sundriyal conducted a final orientation session, briefing the candidates on Japanese work culture, discipline, manners & communication standards.

The operation is supported by his Uttarakhand-based logistics team comprising of Amit Bahuguna & Himanshu Sundriyal , which handles travel coordination, documentation, and on-ground assistance.

Amit Bahuguna and Himanshu Sundriyal provide essential logistical support, and the organisation has deliberately engaged many Uttarakhandi trainers and staff to manage training and operations locally.

With continued demand from Japanese companies for high-skilled engineers, a new recruitment cycle began in the first week of December.

Ramesh is set to select 50 additional candidates from various IITs across India, marking the next significant step in strengthening the India–Japan talent bridge and creating international opportunities for India’s brightest engineering graduates.

As the partnership grows, Sakura Corporate Solutions remains at the forefront of connecting IIT talent and Uttarakhand’s trained workforce with Japan’s evolving industry needs, shaping an increasingly global future for Indian youngsters to bring back the investments to their own roots/country in the future said Ramesh Sundriyal while speaking to Uknationews.
