Due to the prompt action taken by the Additional Superintendent of Police, Haldwani, the criminals who kidnapped the businessman were caught and the kidnapping incident was solved within a few hours due to the prompt action of Nainital Police on the information of Dial 112 , 08 persons and the XUV involved in the incident are in police custody.
On 06.11.2025, caller Deepak, son of Mahveer Singh, resident of Dadri (Haryana), currently resident of Asthan Apartment, Ramnagar, informed on *Dial-112 that some unknown persons forcibly took away his brother Radha Mohan. in a vehicle from near Devi Dayal Building.
Upon receiving the information, *Senior Superintendent of Police Nainital Shri Manjunath T.C. took immediate cognizance of the incident and directed all the concerned officers for barrier checking and blockade.
In compliance with the instructions, Superintendent of Police Haldwani Mr. Manoj Katyal himself reached the spot and gave quick response and got the blockade done at all the check posts.
Within a short time, the concerned vehicle XUV HR26FH9594 was stopped at Haldua check post and the kidnapped Radha Mohan was recovered safely from the vehicle.
All eight people in the vehicle were taken into custody on the spot and legal action was taken. The vehicle was seized.

Anil Kumar, son of Balwant Singh, resident of Bhushan Bawal, District Bhiwani, Haryana and Somveer, son of Meghraj, resident of Khawa, Police Station Bahal, Haryana
Robin, son of Sandeep, resident of Malpop, Police Station Bondmala, District Charkhi Dadri, Haryana
Gaurav, son of Rakesh Kumar, resident of Barki, Police Station Mahendranagar, District Mahendranagar, Haryana
