Cheating Scam and demand for Rs 15 lakhs related conversation between the aspirant for Patwari post and Pankaj Gaur goes viral in social media

The UKSSSC cheating mafia has again raised its head in Dehradun.
The arrest of the previous major cheating mafia Hakam Singh and one of his notorious associate Pankaj Gaur who were nabbed by the STF and Dehradun Police yesterday after the Uttarakhand Berojgaar Sena chief Bobby Panwar submitted a tape of conversation of one aspirant with a cheating scam – culprit Pankaj Gaur openly asking for Rs. 15 lakhs for a Patwari post in cash. This sting was conducted by Swabhiman Berojgaar Sena and then submitted to the police and STF leading to the arrest of Hakam Singh and Pankaj Gaur on Saturday at Dehradun. What is interesting to not here is the fact that on Sunday at 11.35, just half an hour after the commencement of the Patwari recruitment examinations of UKSSSC, a question paper has come out of the examination hall having created quite a sensation in the media and administrative circles of the government.
The chief of Berojgaar Sena of Uttarakhand Bobby Panwar has lodged a complaint at the highest levels of the government and police who deny this to be part of leak but fail to understand as to how that question paper has come out of the examination hall just half an hour after the commencement of the exams. Coming back to the sting operation conducted by the Berojgaar Sena , the cheating mafia Pankaj Gaur seemed to be very confident in demanding 15 lakhs in cash assuring to meet the Patwari candidate, the other day was there at Haridwar or Dehradun not agreeing on the any part payment but demanding the full cash payment of Rs. 15 lakhs.
When the candidate expressed his apprehension about losing this big amount if his work is not done , Pankaj Gaur replies that he will have to trust in them, as they will return it back or shall adjust it against another post to be released in the near future. He quipped in such cases one has to take risk.
He said that earlier they used to charge Rs. 12 lakhs but now since they have reduced the numbers of aspirants to be helped to only six in view of the mounting risk and the previous scam creating uproar everywhere, they have increased the charge from Rs. 12 lakhs to 15 lakhs said confident Pankaj Gaur, now in jail with Hakam Singh.
He also advised the aspirant not to withdraw money directly from bank, and also guided to direct the relatives from whom he will collect Rs.15 lakhs not to withdraw from bank or other sources as they may be trapped in case someone complaints or by chance police intervenes.
He advised the candidate to manage hard cash exclusively, from different sources but the money withdrawal shouldn’t be shown in any transaction through banks or other sources in order to avoid offence in the case of probe.
