Fraudsters duped people of Rs 5 crores by selling Rani Pokhri land with fake signatures. FIR lodged

A case of fraud has come to light in Uttarakhand where none other but a so called fake resident of Dehradun though very much of Garhwali origin , Sundriyal family has duped fellow Uttarakhandi of worth Five crores of Rupees, stunning and shocking everyone.

According to the latest news report a case of duping the complainant and several others of Rs. Five crores by fraud has come to light after Vishal Manwal had lodged an FIR with the police against Mahavir Sundriyal, wife Krishna Sundriyal and son Madhav Sundriyal who used to live in posh rented post accommodation and exhibit it as their personal property including luxurious cars etc on rent showing them as their personal to give an impression of being ultra rich and then duping people, thus earning in a massive amount through unfair n immoral means.

According to the news the trio, husband – wife and their son have cumulatively duped one Vishal Manwal owner of large tracts of land by convincing him to sell his land to his clients getting good profit.

The fraudster convinced Manwal showing his richness and luxurious Bungalow, cars etc himself being a bonafide resident of Vasant Vihar locality, a posh address of Dehradun.

Manwal was convinced and gave him the permission to show his land to his clients and help him sell them. The matter pertains to Rani Pokhri, Gram Gadool, Rishikesh.

According to the complainant Vishal Manwal he has fifty Bighas of land in this area. After feeling convinced on the ultra rich image of Sundriyal and his family and thinking that they are the locals, Garhwali resident he granted them permission to develop the land and sell it to prospective buyers sharing the profit etc.

Sundriyal developed the land and sold it to his prospective buyers and didn’t gave the amount of the land to Manwal saying that he will do the needful shortly.

When Manwal came to learn from his sources that he has already collected Rs 5 crores from the alleged buyers and didn’t gave him a single penny. Complainant Manwal sensed their ulterior motive. He has no option but to register the FIR in Police station Rani Pokhri.

According to Vikendra Kumar, SHO Rani Pokhri, Rishikesh the fraudster Sundriyal and his family made fake signatures of the owner in the land sale agreements and sold it to several buyers keeping the money Rs 5 crores with them.

The fraudster Sundriyal and his family would fool people by leading a lavish lifestyle, using luxurious cars and living in posh areas in luxurious accommodation, but claiming them to be their own properties.

According to a senior journalist at Dehradun Rajendra Rawat yesterday a news was published in the newspapers of Dehradun that a case has been registered against Mahavir Sundriyal, his wife Krishna Sundriyal and their son Madhav Sundriyal for defrauding Vishal Manwal of Rs 5 crore. After reading the news, I suddenly noticed that in 2017, Parvatjan Foundation honored those people who made serious efforts to stop migration in the hilly areas of Uttarakhand, started a start-up by investing their savings and were taught to be self-employed in the hills. Vishal Hills was also among those who were invited along with all the people, who made the hilly area Dharkot the place of work instead of the plains of Dehradun. Today, in that area, the writer’s village of former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has started taking shape. It is said about fraudster Sundariyal that he is such a Natwar Lal who would claim the rented house as his own, would fool others by talking in English, would get photographs taken in the hotel where he went to eat and would claim the rented car as his. Such cunning thugs like Topi Baaz Sundriyal have looted this state more than the people from outside have looted it. The government should take strict action against such fraudsters so that no other fraudster can cheat anyone else.
