New Delhi, March 23, 2022: Hundreds of Indian Youth Congress activists today protested against the rising inflation, prices of petrol, diesel and gas cylinders and courted arrests. The National President of Indian Youth Congress Srinivas BV while addressing the protestors before courting arrests said that there has been a back breaking increase in the prices of petrol, diesel and gas cylinders. With the BJP victory, the ‘costly days’ have been brought by Modi ji said Sriniwas BC.
He added that the price hike in name of petrol, diesel and gas cylinders leading to all round inflation should be stopped immediately at any cost. Saying further that the countrymen are already grappling with thousands of problems Sriniwas emphasised : In such a situation, instead of giving relief, the government is grinding the people by trapping them in the mill of inflation. Shame on the ‘Electoral Government’ he said while condemning its anti people actions. Reminding the NDA government he said that there was a time when prime minister Narendra Modi ji was very concerned about the public, he used to get completely stunned by the slightest increase in oil prices but after becoming the Prime Minister, his thinking has completely changed resulting in wild increase in oil prices which does does not bother them, despite people of the country reeling under absolute inflation. The life of the common man is becoming increasingly difficult by getting trapped in the quagmire of inflation he added amid the anti government slogans.
The Indian Youth Congress Srinivas BV while continuing his tirade also said that the game of ‘Electoral Government’ is well understood by the public as the uncontrollable inflation has literary broken the backs of the poor, hapless, middle and lower middle class as well as the general public. He warned saying that elections are the only time when the government remains silent for some time and then starts the inflation shock as happened now. The BJP government, is standing on the basis of lies, deception, and is counting its last days he added. The deception of BJP workers has come openly in front of the public. The people of the country are screaming and saying, return those ‘cheap days’ and not ‘good days’ with rhetoric added IYC chief Sriniwas BC.
Many youth Congress workers including Indian Youth Congress’s National Media In-charge Rahul Rao, National Secretary Bunty Shelke, Mukesh Kumar, Shivi Chauhan, Ajay Chikara, Mohit Choudhary, Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress President Rannvijay Singh Lochav, Madhya Pradesh Youth Congress President Vikrant Bhuria, Chhattisgarh Youth Congress President Coco Padhi were present in the demonstration and courted arrests in protest.
What better can a party led by Italian goons do ? INC is reduced to a party of dimwits, arrogant buffoons whose only job is to create chaos in the country deliberately, inspite of knowing the international war conditions and struggling economic conditions due to covid.
They fail to reduce prices in the states where they themselves have formed Govt .
