Urmi Negi invites new and budding artists including the perfect ones for audition to Kotdwar and Dehradun in July for her new Garhwali movie SUBHERU GHAM 3
It’s for the very first time that a Garhwali movie will have veteran Bollywood stars Mithun Chakravarthy and Raja Murad exhibiting their interesting and impressive histrionics and the movie is being produced by none other than an outstanding film maker Urmila Negi who has to her credit Subheru Gham, Subheru u Gham 2 – Bathaun and several other Garhwali movies viz Fyonlli, Ghar Jawain etc and several Hindi movies having worked with Devanand, Rajesh Khanna , Mithun Chakraborty and several others including in many other regional Bhojpuri, Nepalese and Punjabi movies. CMD of her own production house Snowy Mountains Urmila Negi is an outstanding director, producer and actor having acted in lead roles of all the Garhwali movies carrying behind the social message against prevalent illicit liquor, social evils and other negative aspects of the society like exodus of village population to cities making our Uttarakhand hollow from inside. After being the blockbuster movies – Urmi’s home production Subheru Gham and its sequel part 2 Bathaun which were appreciated at the pan India level , she is now coming out with her third back to back Garhwali movie titled Subheru Gham 3 to be shot at the serene and magnificent locations of Garhwal, Uttarakhand in the near future, the locations being at – Lansdowne , Rikhnikhal and Nainidaanda, district Pauri Garhwal. Mumbai based Urmila Negi who is also engaged in Discovery channel works most of the time, in and out of India is primarily Mumbai based and originally hails from Pauri Gaun, Pauri Garhwal. Her dexterity in story writing, direction and production has led her to earning name and fame having fetched numerous international awards for her movie Subheru Gham and Bathaun,numbering 4, round the year from several European countries. Apart from these two leading Bollywood personalities in the Garhwali movie being produced by Urmi Negi she has revealed that the songs of the movie part from the local singers will be sung by eminent singers of Bollywood. In order to give the budding Uttarakhand artists a chance in her movie with seasoned actors the ” Snowy Mountain productions” will be holding the audition tests to select outstanding artists perfect in regional dialects and appearance including best acting at Kotdwar and Dehradun in the month of July.
