A boy travelling in a car with Haryana number thrashed at Rishikesh for eve teasing a minor of ten year of age / allegedly accused of abduction , were in inebriated condition

In Uttarakhand there seems to be chaos all over as the footfalls during the summer season are increasing manifold. In view of the Char Dham yatras also the surge in the number of tourists and pilgrims has resulted in challenging situations.

In Rishikesh, Dehradun in particular during the past few months several cases of diabolical murders , physical fightings , firing in the open by vegabounds and goons with their videos going viral including several case of illicit  liquor smuggling have come to light with the lives of the local people in danger.

Several instances of tourists consuming liquor in the open on river banks with fightings etc have become the order of if the day in Rishikesh with majority of the tourists haikingvfrim other states creating choas and disturbances posing an environment of insecurity among those coming with their daughters and families to have baths in the pious Ganges.

As a sequel to these disturbing incidents , in Rishikesh today at Rishikesh near Kale ki Dhal a two youths were accused by an adolescent girl for eve teasing and making towards her sexual gestures. On her complaint the locals took ine uf the alleged culprit out if the car and thrashed him physically taking out his short etc, makingvhim naked.

He is seen in several videos which are going viral in social media being thrashed physically by the onlookers . When he tried to seek refuge inside his car with a Haryana number several bottles of liquor were found inside the car. The eve teasers were believed to be in inebriated condition.

There was traffic jam on the road and lot of crowd collected . Meanwhile the local police intervened and took the boy to the local hospital for treatment and his medical checkup. There was panic and choas all around

Some onlookers were saying that these hoodlums definitely need be punished as per the law stringently but the law shouldn’t be taken into hands by publicly thrashing the culprit as this amount to a Ralibani system of justice in a democratic nation.
