Senior Journalist and chief of the Bureau of India Express Ravish Tiwari breathed his last on Friday night, sending shock waves un the media fraternity. The news about journalist Ravish Tiwari was leaked by his colleague, senior journalist through a tweet expressing his profound grief. Bhadauria tweeted : profound journalist, a great human being and my dearest friend Manish Tiwari passed away last Friday night. Last rites will be performed at Gurugram at3. 30 PM today. Om Shanti, Om Shanti tweeted Bhadauria.

Meanwhile president Ram Nath Kovind and Prime minister Narendra Modi expressed their deepest condolences on the sad demise of sr journalist Ravish Tiwari. In a tweet president Ram Nath Kovind wrote : For Ravish Tiwari, journalism was a passion, and he chose it over lucrative professions. He had an unviable knack for reporting and incisive commentary. His sudden and shocking demise silences a distinct voice in news media. My condolences to his family, friends and colleagues tweeted President Kovind.

Prime minister NarendraModi has condoled the death of noted journalist Ravish Tiwari by way of expressing his, deep grief and condolences.

In a tweet, the Prime Minister said;

“Destiny has taken away Ravish Tiwari too soon. A bright career in the media world comes to an end. I would enjoy reading his reports and would also periodically interact with him. He was insightful and humble. Condolences to his family and many friends. Om Shanti.”
