“Let the Heart Speak, Listen to the Heart” On World Heart Day, listen only to your heart: Dr. Dayanand Vats

On the occasion of World Heart Day, Dr. Dayanand Vats, National General Secretary of the All India Independent Journalists and Writers Association and an eminent educationist, appealed to fellow citizens to laugh heartily, stay cheerful and not let stress overpower them.
Dr. Vats said that a balanced diet, a disciplined lifestyle and staying away from stress are essential for a healthy heart. He advised people to stay away from fast food and excessive cold drinks and remain health-conscious.
A great lover of Hindi film songs, Dr. Vats said that Hindi cinema songs also beautifully express the emotions of the heart. On World Heart Day, he dedicated his special collection of popular Hindi film songs based on the word ‘Dil’ to the nation.
He said –
“When your heart feels low, take refuge in good music, keep smiling and maintain positivity in life. If the heart stays healthy, life will also remain happy.”
