KEJRIVAL WRITES TO ALL OPPOSITION Parties TO BACK HIM ON OPPOSING THE CENTRAL ORDINANCE IN A MEETING AT PATNA ON 23 RD JUNE AT NON BJP OPPOSITION CONCLAVE

As the general elections are nearing slated to be held in the year 2024 the entire anti BJP opposition parties are meeting at Patna to form a credible unity among themselves with 17 parties of the country national and regional participating in this supposedly to be pronounced as a historic conclave.

The call for the non BJP opposition unity given by the Bihar CM Nitish Kumar along with Tejasvi Yadav n deputy CM Bihar of RJD is believed to be taking a credible shape in the near future particularly after almost all of them finally realising that unless they all unite, they will not be able to crack the hard nut i. e. Prime minister Narendra Modi whose charismatic leadership is ruling the nation since 2014 including grabbing power in several states through landslide victories except losing Himachal Pradesh and Karnataka at the hands of Congress within a year.

However, there were reports that Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party supremo Akhilesh Yadav and Mayavati are bit hesitant yo include Congress and they want to keep effect less Congress in UP at bay.

The non BJP unification conclave is to be held in Patna on 23 rd June in which in all 17 national and regional parties are participating with renewed enthusiasm and commitment reveal sources.

Few months ago the Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and Tejasvi Yadav, his deputy and some leaders have come to Delhi to meet former Congress president Rahul Gandhi, Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge and several leaders of opposition parties including NCP chief Sharad Pawar, CPM n CPI n CPI( ML) leaders etc personally making them agreeable towards broad based national unity saying that unless the non BJP opposition leaders keep aside their vested narrow interests and party ideologies, which are more or less the same, they will not be able to stop the Juggernaut of the BJP led by prime minister Narendra Modi.

There had been such unification attempts by TMC president and Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee in the past but she had tried to keep the leaders of the largest opposition party of the country Congress away from these unity efforts which can’t fructify as NCP chief Sharad Pawar despite differences had catagorically said that come what may may deliberately sidelining Congress from the unity efforts would not fructify as the entire world knows that Congress is a 135 year oldest party with a national credible following in every part of the country which no party ever has.

This statement of Sharad Pawar literally punctured the ulterior motives of Mamta Bannerjee, Akhilesh Yadav and Mayavati who not only nurse the ambition to become the next PM of the country but want to sideline Congress and Rahul Gandhi.

However, after the massive 3750 kilometres of Bharat Jodo Yatra of Rahul Gandhi from Kanyakumari to Kashmir with tremendous media coverage despite Godi media sidelining it and affection from large cross section of the people at the pan India level, the Nehru Gandhi family scion Rahul Gandhi ultimately proved his mettle as a youngest, strong, enthusiastic and energetic leader in the offing, who has good chances of leading the political conglomeration in the near future including Nitish Kumar in the fold of leadership.

The Bihar chief minister’s initiatives to unite all non BJP opposition parties, not once but twice after he severed links with the saffron party are being lauded by one and all, especially those wanting a change in the country.

Meanwhile, the national convenor of AAP and Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival who had been meeting several chief ministers and party heads of non BJP opposition governments and parties for the last few days to channelise opposition leaders against the central ordinance brought by the BJP led NDA government has written a letter to Nitish Yadav n other opposition leaders seeking support against the central ordinance of all the opposition parties likely to participate in this conclave.

While appealing all participating parties to discuss on the central ordinance that had been brought against the Delhi government, Arvind Kejrival wrote that this issue should be discussed threadbare by all opposition leaders on 23 rd June at Patna as this central ordinance is not only unjustifiable which will take away all subjects mentioned in the concurrent list thus taking away the powers of a state but will also bring it in your state in the coming future. It can snatch any state’s rights on water, power, education n trade etc by bringing this draconian ordinance in other states as well after Delhi emphasised Delhi CM Kejrival. If the central government succeeds in this ordinance’s implementation in Delhi it will bring such ordinance in all the non BJP ruled states and grab the rights of concurrent list added National convenor of AAP.

He appealed to all opposition parties to discuss this pivotal issue in Patna at the opposition conclave on 23 rd June and stand in unison with this genuine cause to credibly oppose the central ordinance that guarantees to take away all the powers from a duly elected government of NCT of Delhi.
