Jailed mafia don and five times MLA Mukhtar Ansari dies of cardiac arrest

After the death of an infamous criminal turned MP Atiq Ahmed several months ago in Uttar Pradesh after he was shot in the precincts of a court another criminal turned politician Mukhtar Ansari has died of cardiac arrest, today. According to a latest news the don turned politician Mukhtar Ansari was admitted in Banda medical college ( hospital) after he complained of his badly deteriorating health condition. It is believed that Ansari after complaining of dizziness and chest in pain probably having suffered a cardiac arrest was immediately admitted to the Banda medical college, but the doctors couldn’t revive him resulting in his cardiac arrest related death. Jailed convict Mukhtar Ansari an infamous mafia don was found lying unconscious in his jail barracks . The jail officials called the team of doctors immediately who checked him and took him in Ambulance to Banda Medical colleges where he breathed his last. According to news reports as a precautionary message prohibitory orders have been imposed in Uttar Pradesh with police and paramilitary forces put in high alert at Mau, Ghazipur and Banda. The police n senior police officers are on high alert mode keeping eye on the situation. There were several cases against Mukhtar Ansari for extortion, murder etc . He is believed to have been running his activities from jail. He had been the lawmaker from UP five times having win from jail thrice. His son Abbas Ansari us in jail and wife absconding. According to various news reports his bad days started during the rule of Yogi Adityanath and his wealth, properties cash etc worth Rs 605 crores was confiscated. Mukhtar Ansari literally rules in Purvanchal n his 186 associates have been jailed under various serious charges. According to ABP news till now since the UP government cracked down in mafias the wealth pertaining to them worth more than Rs 317 crores have been confiscated and illegal properties worth Rs 287 crores have been made free from illegal occupation or destroyed.
