Increase in commercial Gas cylinder price will badly harm the MSME sector and service providers during the Char Dham Yatra : Harish Rawat

The massive rise in price of the commercial gas cylinder by Rs 993 is a huge burden on the small traders and businessmen that will completely destabilise and destroy the MSME sector. Especially during the Uttarakhand’s Char Dham Yatra it will have an adverse impact on the small dhaba owners, all the service providers during this Yatra season in all the four spiritual destinations leading to various complications both to the service providers and to the consumers, pilgrims. Harish Rawat was responding to the hike in the price of Commercial gas cylinder today. Expressing his emphatic view that the entire MSME sector will be negatively impacted by this rise , the inflation too will go up and the people of Uttarakhand and the country will suffer. He said it is good that the government is trying to manage this difficulty and he would wish it’s success but giving maximum subsidy instead of increasing the prise is the need of the hour said senior Congress leader Harish Rawat. He catagorically said that this crisis will further create more problems and the government should give maximum subsidy to lessen the burden on the common man instead of passing the buck of sufferings on the consumers. On the question of the recent alleged order of the Badrinath Kedarnath Mandir Samittee banning the non Hindu in the four spiritual destinations, Harish Rawat said this is not fair as Muslims never do Murti Pooja , so why will they go there . And if at all you think a non Hindu worships there then if may be construed that he is going them breaking the norms of his own religion not ours. The fact of the matter is that this is politics, polarisation and as everyone knows that the BJP is always busy with such issues from morning till evening to allegedly create religious bias and the reason is purely political, nothing else said the former CM Uttarakhand Harish Rawat.
