Deputation GHS meets DCP, ACP and SHO in connection with the Pandav Nagar dreaded case of the rape of a four year old girl and urge for bringing it in fast track court for expeditious justice

A delegation of Garhwal Hiteshini Sabha yesterday met the Deputy Commissioner of police, the ACP, SHO and the concerned IO of Mandawali police station in connection with the case pertaining to the most heinous crime, the shameful obnoxious rape of a mere four year old girl by the brother of a tuition teacher now behind bars demanding transparency in the case, the expeditious justice to the rape survivor and the traumatised family through fast track court and arresting all the culprits involved in this shameful crime apart from the rapist who has already been arrested.

The deputation demanded justice under the stringent sections of the law to work as strong deterrent for other criminals in future especially the human beasts of the Pandav Nagar case.

The delegation was led by the Garhwal Hiteshini Sabha Ajay Bisht who spoke with the officers of Delhi police at length and enquired about the rape survivor’s mental and physical condition and the improvement in her health condition.

He also talked about giving adequate counselling to the rape survivor, the traumatised parents, their adequate safety and security and providing them legal financial assistance at the earliest. The DCP has disclosed that the POSCO act and other relevant stringent clauses of the law have be imposed against the culprit who has already been arrested and the file of the matter has also been sent to the Delhi Legal Services Authority. The deputation consisted of several representatives of various social organisations including GHS.

The delegation is meeting and submitting the memorandums to various quasi-judicial authorities including the senior police officers probably the LG Delhi, the NHRC and Child Rights Commission chairman , Delhi police Commissioner , Delhi Commission for Women etc to seek expeditious and credible justice for the four year old rape survivor and her traumatised poor family who are terribly shock stricken and apprehensive of consequences in future.

It may be recalled that a legal committee was formed on, 26 th March at Garhwal Bhawan after various speakers gave their suggestions to meet the NHRC chairman, chiefs of various quasi-judicial authorities including Child Rights Commission etc to expedite this case by bringing it transparently in the fast track court to ensure stringent punishment to the culprits at the earliest and to ensure the distressed families’ safety and security including adequate financial assistance.

Unfortunately the narrow and vested political interests and parties are allegedly trying to give it a communal colour which is not only illegal but also unconstitutional as the human beasts or criminals can’t be judged on the basis of their caste, community or religion. They are simply criminals or culprits n convicts if proved guilty according to the laws n constitution. Exploiting such terrible situation to derive political capital especially during electioneering is a crime and such rumour mongers or communal colour givers to crimes is unpardonable as per constitutional provisions and law and should be dealt with severely irrespective to whichever political party or bent of mind they belong to.
