Congress youth activists protest in Pauri against Satpal Maharaj raising go back and Satpal Maharaj Murdabad slogans
Good number of Congress and youth Congress activists on Tuesday protested at the meeting venue in Pauri Garhwal raising anti Satpal Maharaj and Satpal Maharaj murdabad slogans for not allowing the mediapersons in the meeting where the BJP protaginusts, activists and contractors were allowed including not taking any punitive action against the erring policemen in Pankaj torture and Suicide case including literally doing nothing on the increasing incidents of maneater attacks in Pauri Garhwal districts various locations inckuding in his own constituency Chowbattakhal.
Satpal Maharaj was taking meeting in Pauri town alongwith the senior officials of Pauri Garhwal administration but the mediamen were not allowed to participate in the meeting whereas the BJP activists and contractors were allowed to sit in.
The Youth Congress protestors and journalists were badly annoyed terming it the meeting of BJP not of the government for the good of the people of Pauri Garhwal Uttarakhand .
Feeling infuriated and angered by this step motherly treatment and not allowing anyone to put their point of view forth the Youth Congress protestors barged into the administrative building at Pauri, Garhwal and raised Satpal Maharaj Murdabad and Go Back slogans saying that nor a single mediamen was allowed in the meeting , nor the minister spoke on the suicide and harrasment of Pankaj Kumar who died by hanging in Satpuli the other day , nor the minister is doing anything in the cases of fatal incidents by maneater attacks on human beings incessantly. The police intervened and after immense efforts the situation could be brought under control.
