China rebukes the statement of US president Donald Trump on China not to sell arms to Iran from now onwards
Amidst the ongoing talks between US and Iran for a permanent ceasefire with another round of deliberations to take place in Pakistan with the Pakistan PM Mr. Shrarief taking the lead playing as US President Donald Trump’s proxy, the Chinese foreign affairs minister has very catagorically denied the statement of US president that the Dragon has assured US not to sell arms to Iran in the near future. Taking a very serious view of this statement of Trump the Chinese foreign ministry’s spokesman Gio Jiaken has emphatically rejected and denied his claims saying that “I want to put an end to the rumors circulating online that claim China has agreed with the United States not to supply weapons to Iran. The Chinese foreign ministry’s spokesperson said :
Let me make it clear that no such communication has taken place. China has neither confirmed nor denied supplying weapons to Iran.
Our security agreements and defense cooperation are sovereign matters that belong to China alone. No foreign country has the right to interfere in China’s internal affairs said Gio Jiakun.
World leaders should choose their words carefully before speaking. However he said that China welcomes President Trump’s decision to de-escalate and open the Strait of Hormuz.

Meanwhile, there are reports that Iran has just signed a game-changing $52 billion energy and military pact with BRICS nations, giving Tehran effective control over 45% of the world’s critical oil routes and advanced defense cooperation.
