BJP’s core group meeting held in Dehradun to ensure that it wins all the 5 Lok Sabha seats !
A meeting of BJP’s core group was held in Dehradun attended by the chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, national secretary ( organisation) B. L. Santosh, Uttarakhand state BJP chief Mahendra Bhatt , Haridwar MP and firmer union HRD minister Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank, former Uttarakhand CM Vijay Bahuguna, all senior office bearers, MPs, MLAs etc. The main strategy behind convening of the core group meeting was to revitalise and reactivate the organization in Uttarakhand to ensure that it again wins all the five look sabha seats in the forthcoming general elections. The top leadership of BJP instructed all the members of parliament to visit their constituencies and ensure that they stay their at least for a single night in every village to resolve their grievances and ensuring individual interaction with people at ground zero. The party secretaries have also been asked to visit in the villages in the interiors of Uttarakhand and establish connectivity with the people to propagate the various developmental works done by its government including Uttarakhand ‘s pro people policies of the govt as well as party keeping PM Narendra Modi as the inspiring force behind them. In a resolution passed by the party’s core group decision has been taken to take out an “Amrit Kalash “, Yatra from 9th to 15 th August in various parts of Uttarakhand including taking out of “Tiranga Yatra”, as well during this year. A decision has also been taken to organise the SC, ST conventions at the decentralised level and also organising Atal Choupals to disseminate information about various achievements of the state and central government to the common people. The core group has taken decision on several programmes of BJP to be carried out in the state during the next six months with the primary and basic objective to win all the five Lok Sabha seats of Uttarakhand in 2024. As the elections are nearing – in Uttarakhand tremendous hectic activities of BJP are being seen with Uttarakhand CM making several rounds of Delhi meeting PM, HM, party chief and several ministers approaching them for financial support as well as seeking clearances for certain developmental projects.
