launch of “Algorithm and Ambition: From Campus to C-Suite,” a new book exploring the
intersection of artificial intelligence, career growth, and leadership in the modern workplace.
The event brought together an eminent gathering of thought leaders, policymakers, and
academicians for a wide-ranging discussion on AI’s growing influence on professional
trajectories – from early career decisions to boardroom leadership.
Dr. Bharat Nagar, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, attended as Chief Guest and spoke
on the transformative role artificial intelligence is already playing within the legal system, noting
how AI-driven tools are streamlining case processing, legal research, and judicial workflows
accelerating outcomes that once took considerably longer.
Dr. Vijay Dhasmana, President and Chancellor, SRH University, underscored the urgent need
for widespread AI literacy, emphasizing that as the future becomes increasingly AI-driven,
equipping every learner – regardless of discipline – with foundational AI education will be critical
to staying relevant in the workforce of tomorrow.
The event also featured insights from Mr. Rajendra Singh, Head of Department, National
Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Government of India, and Mr. Devendra Aswal,
Former Additional Secretary, Lok Sabha, along with other distinguished guests, who each
offered valuable perspectives on AI’s expanding role across governance, institutions, and public
life.
