A Significant Step Towards Bright Future of Soldiers’ Families – Super-300 Mission Education
MoU Signed Between CIMS & UIHMT Group of Colleges, Dehradun and Garhwal Rifles Regimental Centre, Lansdowne
Dehradun, 26 August:
In a landmark initiative dedicated to the welfare of soldiers’ families, CIMS & UIHMT Group of Colleges, Dehradun and Garhwal Rifles Regimental Centre, Lansdowne have signed an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under the “Super-300 Mission Education”.
Under this historic agreement 100% Tuition Fee Waiver will be given to Veer Naris, Veer Matas, dependents of martyred soldiers and eligible Agniveers. In addition to this 40% Fee Concession will be given to serving and retired soldiers and their dependents.
The management of CIMS & UIHMT Group said, “Serving the families of soldiers and contributing to the bright future of their children is a matter of pride and honour for us.”
This historic initiative was made possible due to the support and vision of Colonel of the Regiment, Garhwal Rifles, Lieutenant General D.S. Rana, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, SM; Commandant, Garhwal Rifles Regimental Centre, Brigadier Vinod Singh Negi, VSM; and Major Sanjay Pawar.

The MoU is being seen as a major boost to education, employment and empowerment of soldiers’ families in Uttarakhand, the land of warriors.
