A horrific road accident on the Haridwar-Najibabad highway resulted in the tragic death of two young men

A tragic road accident occurred early this morning on the Haridwar-Najibabad highway. According to eyewitnesses, the bus driver dozed off and the bus veered off course, colliding with an oncoming pickup truck.

The impact was so severe that both vehicles were severely damaged. Two young men were reportedly killed on the spot.

Upon receiving the information, Shyampur police arrived at the scene and began rescue and relief operations. Police took both bodies into custody and sent them for post-mortem examination.

Following the accident, a long traffic jam formed on both sides of the highway. Police, with great effort and the help of a crane, removed the crashed bus from the road, after which traffic was restored.
