India is not a global leader these days and we should restrain ourselves to say so, says Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi while praising Sanskrit language

The veteran BJP leader and former union minister of HRD and Science and Technology Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi has catagorically said that India is currently not a Vishwaguru.

It used to be once but not now. It is wrong to say that India is a Global leader , it is not these days but was earlier said Dr. Joshi unambiguously.

Dr. Joshi while speaking to the media persons after inaugurating the central office of Sanskrit Bharti , an affiliate of the Rashtriya Swayam Sewak Sangh.

The RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat was the host on this ocassion.

When asked by reporters that India is a Vishwaguru as lot is being said about this these days, Dr. Joshi immediately reacted saying that this is absolutely wrong. We shouldn’t say so. India today is definitely not a world leader though once it used to be.

This version of Dr. Joshi must have definitely sent shiver down the spine of the senior BJP leaders who have been through horses mouth said loudly that India is a Vishwaguru and therefore our leader.

This phrase was published and publiscised extensively everywhere during and after elections but its catagorical denial by the founder of the Bhartiya Janata Party and the oldest patriarch in the saffron party is definitely a statement differing from the majority of the BJP leaders and workers who strongly praise India as the global leader and therefore prime minister Narendra Modi giving him the soke credit.

He praised Sanskrit as the most important and convenient language of communication which should be made an official language and also used for quantam computing.

He emphatically said that Sanskrit is the oldest language of the world and excellent for quantam computing which will definitely play an important role in this regard in the future said Dr. Joshi.

Praising Sanskrit to the core, Dr. Joshi said that if the work in offices is started in Sanskrit it would be a great achievement for the country.

Even Dr. Ambedkar has endeavoured to make Sankrit an official national language but couldn’t succeed.

It may be recalled that Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi has earlier objected to the all weather roads project in Uttarakhand and has opposed cutting of trees on massive numbers during its completion criticizing the way planners, contractors, Engineers in the project and the senior bureaucrats including leaders are playing with the already fragile environment and ecology of Uttarakhand.

He alongwith Dr. Karan Singh and good number of intellectuals had even sent letters to the higher authorities and also filed a petition in the apex court in this regard.
