Another broad day light murder in Tibatti Market Dehradun, everyone badly panicked

It seems that in Uttarakhand especially in the state capital Dehradun the criminals have no fear for the law and police system as despite three back to back diabolical murders of girls in Dehradun and Rishikesh within five days last week, today in broad daylight a gas agency owner in the hectic Tibatti Bazaar have been killed by criminals creating quite a sensation and panic with people allegedly feeling unsafe and un protective in the state capital.

The three brutal murders of young girls , one dying in the open market in Machi Bazar Paltan Bazaar, a highly mutilated body of a 12 class student found in mysterious circumstances and the third, shooting of a young lady at AIIMS Rishikesh had already rattled the common public especially women feeling completely insecure.

Today’s open broad daylight murder has further enhanced the panic on a wide scale.

According to sources, panic gripped the market as soon as the gunshots were heard. People rushed to the scene and found Arjun Sharma lying in a pool of blood.

Police were informed, and a team immediately arrived at the scene and carried the grievously injured to the hospital but was declared brought dead.

According to the police, Arjun Sharma lived in the ITBP area and ran a Bharat Gas agency named ‘Amar Deep’ on GMS Road.

As usual he had come to the parade ground to play tennis. While returning back home he was killed brutally by the criminals who were two in numbers by shooting him.

Preliminary investigations suggest a property dispute worth crores of rupees is behind Arjun Sharma’s brutal death.

It has also emerged that Arjun and his brother were evicted from the property by his mother.

The police is deeply investigating the case and is likely to reach to the conclusion arresting the culprits shortly.
Meanwhile one of the close acquaintances of the deceased Arjun Sharma said that there was a dispute between him and one Vinod Uniyal who had been threatening the deceased with dire consequences and a report with the police was also registered but of no avail.
