Subodh Uniyal minister asks for proof against VIP, Godiyal says proof destroyers are asking for evidence , ridiculous
The Uttarakhand government has today sent its vociferous forest minister Subodh Uniyal for batting after several days to put forth the concrete government stand on the sensitive Ankita Bhandari case after the name of VIP was revealed in a startling revelation by an actress Urmila who was in BJP creating quite a furore and explosion in the political corridors of BJP and Congress including the media circles.
Addressing the press conference in nutshell the cabinet minister forests, Uttarakhand Subodh Uniyal said that the lower, High and Supreme Courts have already expressed their full satisfaction on the SIT probe in Ankita Bhandari case setting aside the demand for the CBI probe, hence there is no need for CBI probe.
However, he said that if anyone has any proof regarding the VIP the government is ready to pursue the probe in the matter and punish the guilty. This stereotype answer of forest minister if Uttarakhand couldn’t satisfy the opposition Congress. To this the Uttarakhand Congress president Ganesh Godiyal reacted strongly and sharply saying that the perpetrators of crime and those who have themselves destroyed the evidence by destroying the Vanantara resort by buldozer are today asking for the evidences . Sounds ridiculous and shocking said the state Congress chief Ganesh Godiyal. He added that the entire nation knows who destroyed the proofs by buldozing the room where the crime was committed and under Who’s instructions. They are the one who should provide the proofs which have been destroyed intentionally by them to protect the VIP .
He said that had all the relevant proofs be there intact the VIP etc would have been behind bars by now.
He even asked the SIT whether they have interrogated those who have destroyed the evidences and if not it is crystal clear that that they don’t want to bring forth the actual VIP.
Today when the name has come up the ruling political dispensation is asking from the people for evidence whereas the entire country knows that all the relevant proofs have already been destroyed the other day of the brutal murder of Ankita Bhandari said Uttarakhand Congress chief Ganesh Godiyal addressing the media to counter the Of of Subodh Uniyal , forest minister.
He emphatically said that by shouting loudly the truth can’t be suppressed and the entire nation knows what going in in Uttarakhand said angry Ganesh Godiyal.
What is interesting to note here is the fact that the forest minister of Uttarakhand Subodh Uniyal had gone to the BJP office to address the press conference and behind him was the big banner on which was the picture of a smiling incharge of Uttarakhand Dushyant Gautam with the CM etc who is these days the so called VIP named by the former BJP MLA Suresh Rathore absconding since the last three days and revealed in social media by an actress Urmila against whom there are already Non Bailable warrants issued and pasted at her Haridwar house and that of Suresh Rathore.
