Two protest demonstrations to demand CBI probe in Ankita Bhandari case to nab the VIP at Jantar Mantar on 4 January

The sparks of Ankita Bhandari case has reached the national capital with two social organisations of Uttarakhand coming forward to protest at Jantar Mantar to demand the CBI inquiry to find the real culprit known as VIP behind the diabolical murder of an innocent 19 year old girl Ankita Bhandari on September 18 ,Vanantara resort / Chila Canal Rishikesh.
The protest Dharna cum demonstration has been fixed for 4 th January at Jantar Mantar first at 10 AM and another at 2.00 PM.
The Bhu Kanoon Sangharsh Samiti had already announced the protest Dharna first from 2 PM but another Dharna by the newly formed social organisation Mahanagar Dilli Uttarakhand Pravasi Sangathan of Uttarakhandies have their another call for Dharna and protest at 10 AM onwards.
Sounds ridiculous as to how on the same issue of demanding a CBI probe in Ankita Bhandari case two separate protest demonstrations could be called at the same venue.
Had there been a single protest Dharna the same day the impact of the protest would have been powerful.
It is believed that after the Dharna a memorandum would be delivered to the higher authorities demanding a CBI probe under the monitoring of a senior judge.
It may be recalled that the Ankita case which has almost gone behind the curtain after three culprits Pulkit Arya, Ankita and Bhaskar were accorded rigorous life sentence but has resurfaced after one of the Saharanpur based actresses Urmila Rathore who claims herself to be the wife of the ex BJP MLA Suresh Rathore has made startling revelations about the name of the VIP in an audio clip recorded by her when she spoke to her ex husband two months ago on mobile phone who revealed the names of Dushyant Gautam, former MP , general secretary of BJP and incharge of Uttarakhand Congress.
The actress have since then become the target of the powers that be and subsequent threats given to her regarding her arrests.
The actress has released several videos with audios releasing another name as one of another BJP leader allegedly Ajay.
The BJP general secretary Dushyant Gautam after several days appeared on social media denying all the charges as malicious asking to come forward with proofs.
He had also shot a letter to the Uttarakhand government giving names of several news channels, instagram handles and two X handles urging the DGP to withdraw the objectionable material immediately which are harming his reputation.
Notices were issued to the media channels and media persons in this regard.
There have been umpteen protest demonstrations, candle marches and dharna at Dehradun including at Vanantara resort precincts demanding the CBI probe under the monitoring of a senior High Court or Supreme Court judge.
The Vanantara resort where this crime took place was demolished by a local MLA Renu Bisht and all the evidences were destroyed including the dunlop beds n sheets thrown in the swimming pool of the resort, though the SIT had said that they had collected all of them.
There is no clue about the CCTV footage which was believed to have damaged or taken away on the day of the crime.
The victim Ankita Bhandari was in touch with a boy friend giving him all the details via chats on the day of her harrasment and pressure being exerted on her to render special service to a VIP who had reached the Vanantara resort with bouncers but she refused outrightly.
She even said to her boy friend over chats that he come there and secure her failing which her life is in acute danger. The same night she was thrown in Chila Canal with her dead body retrieved after five days with her teeths damaged and body with wounds etc.
Meanwhile the Haridwar police has today reached the residence of Urmila Rathore and pasted notices ( three in numbers) asking her to surrender. She is believed to have gone underground for the fear of being arrested.
The Uttarakhand police has formed an SIT to investigate Urmila who has revealed the name of the alleged VIP in social media creating quote a furore and explosion in Uttarakhand’s political circles.
