Sonam Raghuwanshi the newly wedded wife of late Raja Raghuvanshi was arrested from Ghazipur, Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh after she called her family last night via phone in Indore requesting in tears to take her along.
Looking extremely fatigued and crying over the phone she claimed herself to be the victim having been kidnapped.
Though her attire and well studded hair couldn’t tell that she was in a real mess.
However, according to an eyewitness it has been reported that she was dropped on a highway in a vehicle at 1.0 clock midnight yesterday from where she came walking to a tea stall.
The tea stall owner talked to the brother of Sonam Raghuvanshi who requested him to inform the Ghazipur police who ( police) later took her into custody.
However, Sonam said denied being a culprit pleading that she is herself the victim and was kidnapped. Though after an intense probe it has been revealed that Sonam planned the murder of her husband by hiring three persons to kill Raja Raghuvanshi.
It is believed that one of the killers Raj Kushwaha who had hired two other contract killers was her paramour.
He was working in the factory of Sonam’s father and started a love affair with her in the plywood factory where both of them used to meet intensely.
It may be recalled that after marrying each other amicably with the consent of the parents of both, Sonam and Raja Raghuvanshi , both the newly weds came to Shillong on May 20 th for Honeymoon. On May 22 they hired a scooty and went for an excursion in the nearby precincts in Shillong, Meghalaya.
Among three hired killers was also Sonam’s lover ( paramour) who were in Shillong from the day they reached the hill station and have been following them since then. On 22 nd May, all the three followed them and singled out Raja Raghuvanshi killing him brutally and throwing a body twenty kilometres away in a forest in a deep gorge.
The Meghalaya police found the dead body of Raja Raghuvanshi in a decomposed state recognising it by the name written on the hand of the deceased. Both the brothers of Sonam and Raja Raghuvanshi who flew to Shillong recognised the dead body after the Meghalaya police showed them the highly decomposed dead body.
Currently Sonam Raghuvanshi is in the custody of Ghazipur police, Varanasi and is being interrogated.
The Meghalaya police asked for her custody as the crime was committed at Shillong for further interrogation and framing of charges under the relevant sections of the dastardly crime.
____________________________________Raja Raghuvanshi, who had gone to Shillong for his honeymoon, was murdered by none other than his wife Sonam Raghuvanshi. To pretend to be dead, she threw her jacket in a ditch, but then the Shillong police solved the mystery of this blind murder.
