NIFT educated Roshni Raturi opens a showroom of branded designed clothes at Asansol after being 12 years in China
Though migration from Uttarakhand has been a burning issue being discussed all around with villages going vacant due to non availability of quality education, adequate health facilities and job opportunities but the children of these migrants to cities, towns and metropolises of the country have carved a niche for themselves by the dint of their hard work, dedication, dexterity in their chosen fields with good education, earning handsomely by proving their mettle with outstanding business acumen and abilities not only in India but abroad as well.
Kudos to foreign return fashion designer couple Roshni Raturi and Rupesh Ranjan making high strides in the field of designing branded fashion clothings and opening a showroom in the Tantrum Mall at Asansol, West Bengal namely SUHA after leaving lucrative foreign assignments, to sell their branded clothings with attractive designs at reasonable prices in Bengal n other parts of the country within the reach of every customer.
Impressed and enthused by the start up and make in India initiatives of the present government, the fragrance of the soil of their motherland encouraged these National Institute of Fashion Technology educated couple finally return to India after designing branded clothes in China and European countries for twelve long years earning handsomely.
The best part of their designed branded clothes/ dresses is that the celebrities who buy them on exorbitant prices from branded showrooms in foreign countries can now buy them from their Asansol showroom by placing orders at reasonable prices and so can other buyers too.
The enterprising couple Roshni Raturi from Uttarakhand and Rupesh Ranjan from West Bengal originally, educated in Delhi, had completed their fashion designing course from reputed National Institute of Fashion Technology, Delhi before heading for China n European countries after designing clothes for several branded companies in the national capital.
They were earning handsomely in China and several European countries for designing clothes during their twelve years stay abroad.
Though everything was going very well in China due to the the manufacturing input being cheap and their handsome income, the initiatives of the present government in terms of launching make in India, start ups n skill development programmes, encouraged them to return to their motherland with renewed energy n vigour in 2018.
This enterprising couple gave last adieu to the foreign brands and returned back to try their luck under the above governmental initiatives indigenously.
Finally, Rupesh and Roshni settled themselves in Asansol, Kolkatta, leaving attractive salaries n income.
They started working on marriage related and festival oriented fashion designed attractive clothes.
There basic concepts n idea behind this initiative was to make these well designed attractive brands within the reach of common customers whose pockets can afford them.
The Corona’s first n second wave did affect their high spirits but the enterprising couple never gave up.
They continued with their designed clothes and finally on 28 th July, opened their well thought out dream project ” a showroom of highly innovative latest designed attractive brands” Within the reach of common customers named as SUHA in Tantrum Mall in Asansol, Kolkatta.
Highly jubilant Roshani Raturi said that they have started acknowledging orders from foreign buyers n if all goes well they will be opening franchise showrooms in other parts of the country as well. Kudos.
