Two Forest rangers die in an accident at Rishikesh, one dead I is the brother of IAS, Deputy secretary in PMO Mangesh Ghildiyal

There is an extremely sad news about the tragic deaths of two forest rangers in Rishikesh’s Chila Marg, one of them being the brother of the Deputy Secretary in Prime minister’s office, North Block namely Mangesh Ghildiyal. The names of the dead forest officers are Pramod Dhyani and Shailesh Ghildiyal. Two others have died in this accident after the speeding car collided with a tree.

Mangesh Ghildiyal IAS is an outstanding and upright officer who had also been the district magistrate of Rudraprayag and Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.

According to the latest news , two forest rangers on Monday died in a road accident on Chila Marg in Rishikesh, Garhwal, Uttarakhand on Monday.

According to the information received, both the rangers were trialling the new vehicle received by the department. While driving the new ( Electric) vehicle the accident took place on Monday evening in which two officers lost their lives in an accident on Chilla road. They were on testing / trial mode. As soon as the news of the accident was received, forest officials reached the spot. The injured were ferried to Rishikesh AIIMS in ambulances.

According to the information, the brother of Mangesh Ghildiyal, an IAS officer of Uttarakhand posted in the PMO office, namely Shailesh Ghildiyal also died in this accident. Mangesh Ghildiyal’s brother was also a Forest Range Officer.

There are also reports that a wild life warden Aloki Devi of Rajaji Tiger Reserve falling into the canal during the accident and is missing.
