Resort of main culprit of Ankita murder case demolished on CM’s order. Patwari suspended and properties of accused to be allegedly confiscated !
After witnessing massive resentment by the outrageous people of Uttarakhand on the tragic brutal murder of a 19 year innocent girl of Srikot village of Naandalsiun patti, district Pauri Garhwal the BJP government led by chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has taken an extremely serious view leading to immediate demolition of the resort of the main culprit Pulkit Arya, son of the former state minister in the previous BJP government and suspending the Patwari with immediate effect. The chief minister has also ordered for confiscation of the illegal properties of the culprits involved in this tragic rape n murder of a nineteen year old girl working as receptionist in the resort.
According to a statement released on FB at 1.15 AM the Director General of Uttarakhand Police Ashok Kumar, IPS has in Hindi said that showing exemplary alertness Uttarakhand police has solved the murder case and put the culprits behind bar. Action is also being taken on the orders of CM Sir wrote IPS Ashok Kumar. He further added that the administration has issued orders for the suspension of the Patwari of Yamkeshwar block. He also appealed to the general public if they have any clue or evidence that may help in the investigation or against the culprits to imprison them they can approach the police authorities.
He assured that the police us taking every possible action in Ankita murder case and doing its best using its wisdom to ensure that due justice prevails in future. Meanwhile, the infuriated public, women and men thrashed the culprits today while they were being taken to the court or spots of crime by the Uttarakhand police. The police had a hard day tackling the arduous situation.

Negi saab …Even after taking so much of actions , such cases still happens. There is a need for such control measures that this does not happen again and people should also become aware. I mean It is also important to curb criminals…
Though, CM UK has ordered immediate suspension of Patwari, demotion of resort building, yet it is reactive step. In fact, adequate pre-emptive preventive actions should have been ensured in prior to issuing license for opening this resort. The person who is responsible to hush up the case or to influence the case must be taken as accomplice and be also taken to task immaterial of the political party he belongs.
