Twinkle trolled on ridiculing Kashmir Files. Film maker says she needs treatment, lost balance of mind.

The controversial movie on Kashmiri Pandits’ plight and their forced and traumatic exodus from Kashmir to several parts of India in 1990 highlighting their lynching by Pakistan sponsored terrorists has, till now given the business of about 243 crores in three weeks likely to cross Rs 250 crores , though it seems to have reached the saturation point now, with its profit dwindling gradually. Several new movies like Kathiawadi bahu etc released during the same time could not draw so much rush as was expected but The Kashmir Files was indeed a blockbustre with its favourable reviews appearing in media and even prime minister Narendra Modi lauding it, getting yet another opportunity to criticise his opponents saying that they had been deliberately concealing these true facts about torture inflicted on Kashmiri Pandits for more than three decades, which needs to be fully exposed as done by the director, producer of the movie Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri.

Meanwhile, the Delhi CM Arvind Kejrival has while speaking to NDTV channel on Thursday again accused the Bhartiya Janata Party for being responsible for the forced and traumatic exodus of Kashmiri Pandit from trouble torn Kashmir in 1990 as it was their supported government at the centre which had imposed president’s rule in Kashmir then, with their own man Jagmohan being its governor, the celebrated actress, daughter of first superstar of India Rajesh Khanna and Bollywood’s popular hero Akshay Khanna wife Twinkle Khanna in her TOI column ” Funny bones”, is being trolled in social media for ridiculing the movie.

In her article, her regular Monday Column of TOI funny bones Twinkle wrote n then tweeted : I am going to make a movie called a NAIL Film.

May be at least it’s better than putting the final nail into the communal coffin, ‘ I say tweeted Twinkle Khanna.

She, was trolled after this tweet, definitely putting her husband actor Akshay Khanna into jeopardy who is supposed to be a strong PM Modi supporter having exclusively interviewed him in Prime minister’s, Race Course Road house last year.

Akshay is known to be a staunch follower of prime minister Narendra Modi who had been appointed as the Uttarakhand’s ambassador by its CM Pushkar Singh Dhami during his previous tenure.

However, not caring for Akshay’s pro saffron party softness, the vocal film maker and Congress party’s, strong critic Ashoke Pandit lost no opportunity to stand up in defence of The Kashmir Files and suffering Kashmiri Pandits.

A strong PM Modi and BJP supporter and Congress critic film maker Pandit responded becoming the voice of the Kashmiri Pandits, himself one of them, tweeting : @funnybones ma’am you are too late. The film (#KashmirFiles) on the genocide of Kashmiri Pandits has, already hit the nail on the communal coffin of # Islamic Terrorism. Request you not to be so insensitive towards the genocide of 7 lac # Kashmiri Pandits tweeted Film maker Ashoke Pandit.

In another tweet of April 7, Pandit even went to the extent of saying that Twinkle Khanna has lost her balance of mind. Irritated Pandit in his tweet wrote : Madame the success of the film Kashmiri Files has hit you so hard that you have lost your balance of mind. Abusing Manoj Kumarji is like abusing your father Rajesh Khannaji. You definitely need some medical help.

While being trolled on her twitter some of the responders took Twinkle to task responding to Ashoke Pandit’s tweet as below. One Vinnu wrote in Hindi, pointing his comment toward husband Akshay Kumar : Please make your wife understand lest she will bring you on the road. Make her understand, as she is completely flop and sitting at home idle, she will bring you on the road exhibiting her foolishness tweeted Vinnu.

It may recalled that Akhay Kumar had praised Kashmir Files and Anupam Kher earlier but then too he was trolled saying that in order to promote his movies he was trying to gain sympathy by lauding Kashmir Files.
